Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

For custom-tailored or personalized items, returns are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement, before the tailoring process begins. Once tailoring has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or returned due to their personalized nature.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at ask@velnario-shop.com or call +1 (604) 294-3352 to initiate your return
  2. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Package your items securely in their original packaging
  4. Include the RAN and original receipt in the package
  5. Ship the items to our store address:

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  1. Our team will inspect the items within 2 business days
  2. You will receive an email confirming the status of your return
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  4. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide detailed photos of the damage or incorrect item
  3. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
  4. A replacement will be sent or a full refund issued including original shipping costs
